There are so many flies in the summer that they hand you a fly swatter when you walk in. Once in awhile the net bugs act up but the workers always supply you with a plastic cup to cover your refreshing beverage. Oh yeah! Don’t forget about the wasps. Nothing like one getting smashed right in front of you as you take a sip. People bring in their dogs on a regular basis. The dogs have to be friendly and quiet though. The drinks are not too expensive if your a regular. I pay $2.50 for mixed drink and $1.00 for a frosty mug of beer. They usually give you a free one after 3 or 4. Free shots once in awhile too. Don’t expect nothing fancy though. The selection of alcohol is limited along with the help. Most get hired not even knowing how to pour a beer or make a old-fashioned. Hey, at least I don’t have to get dressed up to go there! And it’s only a mile from home. Within walking distance!
